Comment by Jack on November 23, 2008 at 6:34pm - Ok...I know people already working or living there would say why would you want to come work on Block Island when you already live and work in New York where you have everything? Well, I want to experience living and working on an island and I couldn't think of a better place. I am a Police Chief in NY State and feel I have something to contribute to a small community. Any suggestions?
