Just checking in to see how the new format on NantucketWorks.com and MarthasVineyardWorks.com is for job search. Are the jobs easier to find? Is the new format helpful? What else can I do?

Also, the more employers know about these sites, the more they will post their job openings on Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard! Help spread the word!
